US Shipping

Orders will be shipped only when the full payment is cleared.

If there are any delays on your order it is because a payment is either pending or flagged. Once payment is cleared the order will be shipped;

INTERNATIONAL Shipping

We currently do not offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) for international shipping. All orders shipped internationally are based on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Fox Appeal has no control over these charges, nor can Fox Appeal predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

FAQs about International Shipping:

  • Who is responsible for duty and taxes? The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.

  • What happens if I refuse a shipment? If you refuse a shipment from Fox Appeal , you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Fox Appeal. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

    Further Notes about International Shipping:
    All International orders are posted with no insurance, so if your parcel goes missing unfortunately we are not liable for it. We will have proof that it was posted and as we use a fully traced postage company we have not ever had a parcel go missing.
