Exchanges for online orders will only be accepted where the product has not been worn, altered, washed and have all original tags attached.
If for some reason something is faulty, missing, or not to your liking, please contact us at foxappealofficial@gmail.com and let us know and we can work together to find a resolution.
Our highest priority is that you are happy with your clothes!
Exchange requests must be received within 10 days of receipt of your order.(From the day it was purchased)
Exchanges: In the event of items being exchanged it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return postage and full postage of the exchange item back to them.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return or exchange that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Please note: if items smell of perfume, are marked with makeup or deodorant, show signs of wear, or have traces of animal hair they will not be valid for return and no refund will be issued.
Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed.
We are unable to accept exchanges on sale items, special orders or any item sold at a reduced price.
